ABOUT US

"It is our mission to provide results in the preservation and rehabilitation of New Orleans’ historic architecture for the future."

Historic Pro Nola is a historic preservation and tax credit consulting firm that provides solutions to historic real estate development in the greater New Orleans area.

Founded in 2014, Historic Pro Nola helps clients navigate the regulatory and financial components of historic real estate development and historic tax credits through documentation, design, and development.

HPN’s professionals assist clients in securing the maximum financial advantage offered by State and Federal Rehabilitation Tax Credit programs for a total of 45% in qualified rehabilitation costs.

We serve as liaisons between the client and the regulatory bodies during the entire project, facilitating and acting as project managers for the overall success of a rehabilitation project.
